TeacherActive is proud to be working with an Outstanding OFSTED-rated mainstream primary school in Worksop. The school supports pupils from Year 1 to Year 6 and provides a positive learning environment across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2.

The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a part-time basis with a flexible start date. The successful Teaching Assistant will provide general classroom support and work 1:1 with children, helping them to remain engaged, access learning activities and make progress.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
• Experience supporting children in a primary school setting
• Experience providing classroom and 1:1 support
• Knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
