Job Title: Team Leader

Location: Haverhill

Salary: £14 - £15p/h

Hours: Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm

Contract: Full Time, temporary - ongoing

We're recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to lead a small team within a fast-paced and innovative manufacturing environment.

As Team leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating a small production team to achieve daily production targets
• Allocating work to meet production plans
• Promoting and maintaining a strong health & safety culture
• Conducting safety inductions and training
• Completing and maintaining risk assessments 
• Monitoring quality standards
• Escalating engineering, quality, or material supply issues
• Driving continuous improvement through 6S, Standard Work, and Kaizen activities
• Collating daily production figures.

The ideal candidate for the Team Leader will have:

• Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within manufacturing or production
• Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures and risk management
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 6S, or Kaizen (desirable)
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
