They are seeking a Deputy Director of AI Solutions to serve as a strategic and technical leader, supporting the AI Solutions Director in driving enterprise-wide AI initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in AI Operations (AIOps), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and ITIL frameworks, combined with strong technical knowledge of infrastructure, Agentic AI, automation, and orchestration. Key Responsibilities Act as the deputy to the AI Solutions Director, ensuring alignment of AI strategy with organisational goals. Provide thought leadership support of the AI Solutions Director in delivering the vision of the department Lead design and implementation of AI-driven IT operations solutions, including AI-Ops platforms and automation frameworks and Conversational AI. Oversee integration of Agentic AI models for autonomous decision-making and orchestration across IT environments. Support the adoption of ITIL best practices within AI-enabled ITSM and ITOM processes.
