Revit MEP Technician - Building Services

St Albans | -32,000 - -40,000 DOE | Hybrid (Up to 2 Days WFH)

A well-established building services engineering consultancy is looking for a Revit MEP Technician to join its BIM team in St Albans.

You will work closely with mechanical, electrical and public health engineers, producing coordinated Revit MEP models and technical drawings across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, commercial and residential projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years'' Revit MEP experience looking to develop their BIM and coordination skills within a supportive and technically strong team.

• Develop and maintain Revit MEP models for mechanical, electrical and public health systems

• Coordinate services with architectural and structural models

• Produce 2D drawings and schedules from Revit models

• Support project delivery across RIBA Stages 1-5

• Assist with COBie data, schedules and BIM documentation

• Create and modify Revit families and system components

• 2+ years'' experience using Revit MEP within building services

• Relevant qualification in Building Services / Engineering / BIM

• Experience coordinating MEP services within a multidisciplinary design team

• Experience with Navisworks or Revizto

• Understanding of COBie, BIM Level 2 or ISO 19650

• Exposure to Dynamo scripting

• -32,000 - -40,000 salary depending on experience
