Support children with hygiene, education, and active play. Guide staff in responding calmly to aggression or property damage. Maintain communication with families, schools, and professionals. What We''re Looking For This role calls for someone who is both an active participant and a thoughtful leader, ready to guide others by example. At least 3 years in SEN or residential childcare.
