Location: Redditch & South Birmingham
Pay: £20.27 per hour, depending on payment type

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer to join a well-established property maintenance contractor, working on social housing contracts across the West Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, time-served Roofer looking for long-term, stable work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

You will be working as part of a team, carrying out full roof replacements on council-owned properties across the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing full roof replacements on social housing and council properties.

• Carrying out roofing works to a high standard, ensuring quality and safety at all times.

• Working collaboratively as part of a roofing team across various sites.

• Following all relevant health and safety procedures.

• Maintaining a professional approach when working on occupied and unoccupied properties.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Previous roofing experience & trade qualification.

• A full UK driving licence.

• A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining health and safety standards.
