The OpportunityThis role is ideal for: Existing apprenticeship or skills coaches within financial services and accountancy. Candidates new to apprenticeships, but with strong industry knowledge and relevant qualifications. About the RoleAs an AAT Skills Coach/ Trainer, you ll support a caseload of apprentices, guiding them through their learning journey and helping them achieve their professional and apprenticeship outcomes.You ll work closely with learners and employers, delivering coaching, assessment, and structured support aligned to apprenticeship standards and quality expectations.This role will involve face to face and group delivery sessions, in a classroom and in a virtual classroom.
