Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Fabricator / Welder on behalf of our client based in Braintree.The OpportunityThis role involves working within a manufacturing environment, fabricating and assembling components to specification using TIG welding techniques while ensuring high quality standards are maintained.Roles and ResponsibilitiesFabricating and assembling metal components using TIG welding techniquesWorking from technical drawings, specifications and project requirementsUsing hand tools, power tools and welding equipment safely and effectivelyConducting quality checks on welds and fabricated componentsWorking with materials such as steel and aluminiumMaintaining a clean and organised workspace in line with health and safety regulationsCollaborating with team members to meet production deadlines and improve workflow efficiencySuccessful candidates will haveProven TIG welding experienceStrong understanding of fabrication processes including sheet metal and mechanical assemblyExperience using hand tools, power tools and welding equipmentGood mechanical knowledge and basic maths skills for measurements and calculationsPrevious experience working within an industrial or manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMarket 36 Recruitment Ltd cover a range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Engineering, HR and Finance and ITAD.
