Health, Safety and Facilities Manager We''re looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Facilities Manager to lead Claranet UK''s workplace safety, facilities management and property strategy. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational delivery, ensuring our offices and Data Centres remain safe, compliant, sustainable and supportive environments for our people. You''ll act as the organisation''s lead health and safety adviser while overseeing facilities, property management and workplace services across a multi-site UK estate. What You''ll Be Doing Lead Claranet UK''s health and safety strategy, policies and management systems. Provide expert health and safety advice to senior leaders and management teams. Ensure workplace, facilities and occupational health risks are appropriately identified, assessed and controlled. Oversee facilities management and workplace services across the UK property portfolio. Manage statutory compliance programmes, workplace inspections, audits and investigations. Lead contractor management, supplier performance and workplace improvement projects. Drive a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture through training, engagement and continuous improvement initiatives. Produce clear governance, risk and compliance reporting for senior stakeholders.
