This is a unique development opportunity where you''ll lead our supported accommodation services for young people while receiving structured support to achieve Ofsted registration within 12 months. About the Role You''ll have responsibility for supported accommodation services across four locations in Chorley and Leyland, supporting young people to develop confidence, independence and life skills in safe and nurturing environments. You''ll lead both the care and housing elements of the service, ensuring high-quality support, safe accommodation and effective partnership working with landlords, commissioners and local authorities.
