Contract Personnel are currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives based in the Norwich area. This is an excellent temp to perm opportunity. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the UK at the time of application.Duties and responsibilities:Operate machinery and tools used in the manufacturing of windows (e.g., saws, welders, routers)Assemble window frames, sashes, and fittings following production specificationsInspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and any defectsMaintain a clean and safe work area in line with health and safety guidelinesReport faulty machinery or tools to the supervisorAny other duties as requiredRequirements:Previous experience in window manufacturing or a similar production environment is desirable but not essentialAbility to use hand tools and machinery safely and effectivelyGood understanding of measurements and basic math skillsPhysically fit - able to stand for long periods and lift heavy itemsWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologiesShift Pattern:Monday to Friday15:00 - 00:00Benefits of working for Contract Personnel:28 holiday days accrued for full time workersWeekly pay every Friday straight into your bank accountDedicated team there for you every step of the wayTo apply, please contact the Industrial Team on , or send your CV to
