Role: Temporary Facilities Co-ordinator Contract Type: TemporaryStart Date: February 2, 2026 End Date: February 6, 2026 Hours: 08:00 - 17:30 Pay: 15.00 p/h Location: Mayfair Key Responsibilities:Print Room Management: Oversee the stocking and maintenance of print rooms across all three floors. Ensure that supplies are replenished regularly to meet the needs of staff.Courier Coordination: Book and manage all courier services effectively, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups for various departments.Communication: Utilize exceptional communication skills to liaise with team members, vendors, and service providers, ensuring clarity and efficiency in all interactions.Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks as required, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) to create documents, manage schedules, and maintain records.
