Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Supervise and manage classrooms of students in the absence of the regular teacher
andbull; Ensure students remain on task and complete work as set by the absent teacher
andbull; andzwj;andzwj; Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
andbull; Assist with administrative tasks, such as registration and ensuring students follow school procedures
andbull; Adapt to a variety of subject areas and classrooms with ease

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
andbull; Previous experience in a similar role or working with secondary school students (preferred)
andbull; £ Strong communication and classroom management skills
andbull; A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
andbull; £ A current, enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
