The Role: To provide a full professional quantity surveying function (construction, financial, contractual and procurement management) to the Department for the implementation of construction projects in accordance with the Council''s requirements. To support the Principal Quantity Surveyor, as required, with the management of the QS Section including giving guidance to other project and technical staff. You will play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of projects from inception through to completion.
