As an Asset Surveyor, you will: Carry out stock condition surveys, validations, and property inspections across our housing portfolio. Collect, identify, measure, and record building attributes to maintain accurate asset information. Undertake Energy Performance Assessments and calculate SAP ratings, ensuring compliance with current legislation and complete Retrofit Assessments to support energy efficiency and decarbonisation programmes.
