Contract Manager - Genuine Route to Contracts Director North West Permanent 80000 - 87000 + PackageWorking with a well-established contractor operating across the North West, we''re looking for an experienced Contract Manager to take ownership of live schemes and grow into a Contracts Director position over time. This is a business that invests in its people, and this role has been structured with a clear, supported progression path in mind - not just talked about at interview. You''ll take full responsibility for the safe, profitable, and on-programme delivery of your contracts, from award through to final account. You''ll be the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors and your site teams, reporting into senior management on progress, budgets and forecasts. You''ll typically be running up to 3 individual contracts at any one time, ranging in value from 500k to 6 million, with a combined portfolio of circa 15 million.
