Key Responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with prospective tenants, landlords and applicants.
• Understanding customer requirements and matching them with suitable properties.
• Conducting property viewings and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Progressing tenancies from application through to move-in.
• Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the lettings department.
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives and service standards.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey.
• Acting as a senior member of the team, providing support and guidance where required.

Experience and Skills Requirements

• Minimum of one year''s experience within residential lettings or a similar property-related role.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident building rapport with a wide variety of customers and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work towards deadlines, targets and performance objectives.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.-
