Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Infrastructure Engineer

to support the buildout of our core cloud infrastructure on AWS. This role will involve working closely with a Senior AWS and Network Engineer to deliver a secure, scalable, and resilient environment that underpins our trading operations.Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, implementation, and management of AWS infrastructure to host trading applications and databases.Help build secure, high-availability VPC networks, incorporating IAM roles, security groups, and VPN connections to external vendors and data providers.Support the deployment and configuration of AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and related components.Contribute to automation initiatives, employing Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) to ensure consistent and repeatable deployments.Assist with the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to facilitate controlled releases and testing cycles.Participate in efforts to implement disaster recovery, data backups, and business continuity strategies.Maintain thorough documentation of infrastructure designs, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.Ideal Experience and Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or DevOps, ideally with hands-on exposure to AWS.Practical knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC).Understanding of Linux systems administration and shell scripting (Bash, Python, or equivalent).Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, subnets, routing, VPN).Preferred

Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and integrating with Git-based workflows.Seniority level
