About the Royal Over-Seas League (ROSL)We are a unique not-for-profit organisation, and a private members club. Founded in 1910, HM the King is as our Patron, and we have a Royal Charter mandate to promote international friendship. We run a highly renowned music and arts programme and have an extensive events calendar including a flagship Public Affairs series with prominent global figures. Our priority is the member experience, when both visiting our historic London Clubhouse and staying overnight, we aim to provide an exceptional home-away-from-home experience. We are a significant meeting place for our global and UK members, as well the diplomatic community in London.The role:

Events Waiter/waitressUnder the direction of the Head of Events Operation, and within the limits of ROSLs policies and procedures your main role is to role is to exceed the expectations of our members, visitors and guests for the duration of the time they spend at the Clubhouse including all meeting rooms, garden, food and beverage areas and kitchens.Please note this is a zero hours positions so you will have no guaranteed hours each week.Skills/Experience requiredPrevious experience in a similar role in a busy events and/or food and beverage operationExcellent customer service skillsGood communication skillsAn interest in FandBA team player, who works well with othersAbility to react positively under pressure and multi-task in a busy environmentFlexible and adaptableKnowledge of health and safety, food safety and allergens
