This is a senior leadership role focused on building scalable, well-governed solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, while working closely with the business to drive real commercial value.Overview Senior technology leadership role owning enterprise business systems Strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform Responsible for strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimisation Key Responsibilities Define and deliver the systems development roadmap Lead and develop Dynamics 365 and Power Platform teams Own CRM and ERP platforms (Dynamics 365 CE andamp; Finance/Operations) Oversee Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations Set engineering standards, governance, and release processes Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance Manage external vendors and technology partners Key Experience Leadership of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform teams Strong solution architecture and systems design background Experience with Azure services and system integrations Proven stakeholder and vendor management skills Profile Hands-on technical leader with strong people skills Able to balance long-term architecture with delivery Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
