Key Benefits of the Vehicle Technician: Competitive basic salary starting from £26,400, with potential to increase to £30,000 upon EV accreditation OTE of up to £34,000 for motivated technicians Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm no weekends 24 days holiday plus bank holidays Ongoing training and development, including EV training and MOT licensing Subsidised car scheme Employee well-being programmes Supportive team environment with social activities Duties of the Vehicle Technician: Conduct vehicle servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards Perform Electronic Vehicle Health Checks (EVHC) Replace brake pads and carry out routine maintenance tasks Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic technology Work independently with confidence while maintaining teamwork Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction Assist in ensuring smooth workshop operations and timely service delivery Requirements of the Vehicle Technician: Previous experience as a Vehicle Service Technician or similar role Level 2 qualification in vehicle maintenance; Level 3 preferred NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification advantageous Confident working autonomously with minimal supervision as a Vehicle ..... full job details .....
