Take ownership of assigned work, aiming to resolve issues on the first visit to minimise repeat visits and disruptions. Complete all tasks within allocated budgets and timelines to maintain operational efficiency. Operate in accordance with company Health and Safety policies to ensure a safe working environment. Execute duties with minimal supervision whilst maintaining professionalism and a strong commitment to quality. Requirements for Plasterer Role: Previous experience in a Plasterer role NVQ Full, clean driving licence (maximum 5 points) Desirable Criteria Social housing experience
