Working closely with site teams and management, you will ensure that health, safety and environmental standards are met and consistently improved across the business.Responsibilities will include:Carrying out regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments across active civil engineering and groundworks projects.Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, industry standards and company policies.Supporting site management teams with method statements, COSHH assessments and safe systems of work.Investigating and reporting on incidents, near misses and non-conformances, putting in place corrective actions.Delivering toolbox talks, inductions and HandS briefings to site staff and subcontractors.Working with management to cont
