We are looking for an experienced Workshop Team Leader to lead our night shift, ensuring production targets,

quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• • Lead, motivate, and support the night shift production team.
  • Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
  • Allocate workloads and coordinate staffing to meet production demands.
  • Complete shift handovers and production documentation.
  • Promote Health & Safety and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
  • Support the training and development of team members.
  • Monitor machine performance and report maintenance issues.
  • Assist with production, tooling, and continuous improvement activities when required.

About You

• • Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Good machining or engineering knowledge.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and lead a team on a permanent night shift.
