The Opportunity We''re looking for a motivated graduate to join a technology start-up based in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for someone who has recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or a related subject and wants to build a career in supply chain management. You''ll be involved in purchasing, working with suppliers, managing stock and helping ensure products and materials arrive on time to support production. The business works with suppliers across the UK, Europe and Asia, giving you exposure to international supply chains and the opportunity to develop your commercial and operational skills. What You''ll Be Doing Helping manage relationships with suppliers in the UK and overseas. Supporting the purchasing of materials and components needed for production. Tracking orders and deliveries to make sure everything arrives on time. Helping manage stock levels and ensuring materials are available when needed. Working with suppliers to resolve delivery, pricing or quality issues. Supporting international shipping, imports and logistics. Keeping purchasing and stock records accurate and up to date. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs. Working closely with the wider team to keep production running smoothly.
