Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process of Sales Assistants and Supervisors including their inductionDevelop team performance through regular coaching and feedback making sure personal and team objectives are being metEnsure team members provide a genuine and unique experience with every customerMaximise every sales opportunity to achieve brand KPIs, store and individual sales targetsRegularly review and analyse sales opportunities utilising store and brand reportsDrive and support the effective implementation and communication of brand promotionsExecute the store Visual Merchandising Brief within set time frames and in accordance with the Brand VM principles whilst maintaining the brand VM standardsSupport the Store Manager to effectively manage salaries, store rosters and team member leave to maximise productivityImplement and manage Loss prevention whilst regularly conducting stocktake preparation and participate in stocktakeBenefits
