Duties
We’re looking for a senior Business Analyst to support a complex transformation initiative.
This is not a traditional requirements-only BA role. The successful candidate will operate upstream of delivery, working with senior stakeholders to shape business problems, develop value propositions and business cases, and support validation of technology options against business outcomes.
This role focuses on reviewing and supporting the discovery and validation of tactical initiatives across our organisation, leveraging existing capabilities and technologies to improve wider business efficiency.
There will be multiple initiatives, so we need someone who can effectively lead the discovery, validation, and prioritisation of each one. Confident in senior stakeholder engagement across our business operations and finance functions.

Ability to develop and articulate business narratives and investment cases
Confident engagement with senior business and technology stakeholders
Outcome-led requirements shaping (not documentation-heavy execution)
We are specifically looking for analysts who have worked in ambiguous, transformation-led environments and can influence decisions before solutions are selected.
