This is a site-based role providing hands-on Health and Safety support across the project, working closely with the HSW Manager to maintain high standards of safety, compliance and assurance.The RoleYou''ll provide visible, proactive Health and Safety support across the project, including:Carrying out site inspections, audits and assurance activities.Reviewing RAMS, method statements and risk assessments.Supporting accident and incident investigations, including causal analysis.Supporting external audits and the close-out of findings.Delivering Health and Safety inductions, training and presentations.Promoting safe working practices across employees and subcontractors.Supporting the implementation of Health and Safety management systems.Monitoring and supporting Health and Safety KPIs.Working closely with Environmental and Quality teams to maintain integrated compliance.Supporting the HSW Manager with wider project Health and Safety requirements.Essential RequirementsPrevious ..... full job details .....
