HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Full-time Permanent Are you an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor looking for a varied, hands-on role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide proactive, commercially focused HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation. The role will have a strong focus on employee relations, alongside generalist HR support, HR projects and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Independently manage a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability, flexible working, investigations and appeals. Advise, coach and support managers through formal and informal HR processes. Provide practical HR advice while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and company policies. Identify and manage potential employee relations risks. Draft HR correspondence, reports and outcome letters. Build effective relationships with managers and employees at all levels. Support organisational change, workforce planning and HR projects. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems. Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contractual changes and leavers. Contribute to improving HR processes and procedures.
