Your new role : Working as part of a friendly credit control team, you will provide assistance during a busy time for the business: Your main duties will include: Contact customers to discuss overdue payments Chasing outstanding payments by telephone and email Working with both customers and internal colleagues to resolve any invoice-related queries and disputes Keeping customer accounts accurate and updatedRunning credit checks on new customers as required What you''ll need to succeed : You will have previous experience of working in a credit control, accounts receivable, sales ledger-focused position. You will be confident speaking with customers regarding due and overdue payments. This role will utilise your excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and numeric ability.
