We are pleased to be working with a friendly and established company based in Romsey which is looking for an Outbound Sales Executive.This role is an excellent temp to perm opportunity for an Outbound Sales Executive.Duties for the Outbound Sales Executive:Up-sell additional products relevant to what the customer is already buyingSupport customers purchasing high-value products, utilising deep product knowledgeEfficiently book services and resolve inquiries at the initial point of contactAccurately record customer contact details by telephone, ensuring compliance with regulations and attention to detailManage inbound and outbound callsProvide service knowledge where necessaryCompetencies of the Temporary Outbound Sales Executive:Previous sales experience would be an advantageTarget and results driven and able to close a sale plus objection handling skillsConfident and able to communicate effectivelyExcellent telephone manner and strong communication skillsGood IT skills including use of e-mail and Microsoft productsWork as part of a team, support colleagues and promote a positive team spiritA-C Grade in English GCSEHours:Full time 40 Hours a week - Monday to Friday within the hours of 08:00 - 18:00.Pay:£12.71 plus holiday pay.Free parking is provided, and the company is a 5-minute walk from the train station. ..... full job details .....
