Key Responsibilities Manage your own residential property caseload from instruction to completion. Deal with a mix of Freehold and Leasehold transactions. Handle a broad and varied caseload. Work in a 1-2-1 model with a paralegal assigned to assist you throughout. Focus entirely on Residential Property transactions. Requirements Minimum 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing. In-depth understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
