This project involves piling, steel frame construction, cladding, and internal fit-out. Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site activities, including piling, steel frame construction, cladding, and internal fit-out, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Programme the build process Implement and maintain health and safety protocols on site. Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
