Structural EngineerReading outskirts 37k- 42k plus benefitsOur client has a long-standing presence in the south of England and their Berkshire office is looking to bring in a structural engineer who has at least 3 years post graduate experience. Great opportunity for a driven and practical engineer to deliver a wide variety of building structures projects from domestic extensions through to much larger schemes. Working closely with clients and external parties, you will take on responsibility for details design, calculations and inspections with a strong focus on high-quality design. Requirements:Degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringAt least 3 years'' post-graduate UK experience in a similar consultancy environmentProven experience in building structures designComfortable working independently on small to medium-sized schemesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g., TEDDS, Tekla, or similar)Working towards Chartered status with the IStructE or ICE (desirable) If you are capable, enthusiastic and looking for a role where you will quickly take ownership of your work, developing your skills across a broad range of projects, we would love to hear from you.
