Communicating accurately in written and verbal form complex instructions to both Customers and Suppliers. Negotiating with both Customers and Suppliers to achieve most cost-effective solution. Providing the highest standards of Customer service. Processing Customer orders through use of the bespoke in-house" operating system with an emphasis on attention to detail. Compiling customs documentation to facilitate shipment of our client''s freight into and from Europe. Building very strong relationships with our clients, principally through verbal engagement. Communicating with colleagues in different departments to ensure internal procedures are followed correctly.In order to apply for this role, you will have Experience in road freight, international transport or logistics Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) A professional, positive and helpful attitude. Commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate directly with clients and suppliers and identify and exploit opportunities to increase both turnover and more importantly
