If yes, then this Behaviour Mentor role is for you The Role - Behaviour Mentor Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-18 with social, emotional and mental health needs and associated behavioural challenges. You will work on a 1:1 and small-group basis, implementing behaviour support plans and promoting emotional regulation strategies to help pupils re-engage with learning. The role involves building positive relationships, supporting conflict resolution, reinforcing boundaries and contributing to a structured, calm and consistent learning environment.
