An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a well established vehicle repair centre located in Colchester.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Benefits:

- Weekdays Hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.
- NO WEEKENDS DAYS WORKED!!
- Basic Salary ranges between £33,000 to 38,000 p.a. depending on experience.
- Monthly Bonus Opportunity can be up to as much as £1000.
- Holiday Allowance: 22 days + Bank Holidays.
- They business closes over Christmas which 3/4 holiday days are used depending on how Christmas time falls.
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
- MOT Testing
- Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
- Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

Requirements:

- A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
- Dedicated and committed approach.
- Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
- Your own Vehicle Technician tools

The salary of this role is up to £38,000 basic.

Hours of work in this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm with no weekends.
