Founded in 1777 we are a family owned company that blends the best traditional values with a progressive and inclusive approach to business.We have a great opportunity for a career minded DGM to support our Western Region providing short term cover in a variety of pubs while building skills and knowledge, working towards a permanent assignment. Lead a branded pub team, inspiring a branded pub team and high standards of hospitality.Willing to work in a number of different Houses providing DGM support where required.A driver with access to independent transport to travel between sites as needed.Able to take full responsibility for the business in the absence of the GM.Committed to compliance and sustainability in operations.Support the GM in building a great team and driving business performance.Qualifications
