As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for kitchen operations, menu development, supplier relations, and the training and development of a passionate team. Youll have the freedom to craft dishes that reflect the best of each season while maintaining the high standards our guests have come to expect.What Were Looking For:

Proven experience at

3 Rosette level or equivalent

A natural leader with the ability to inspire and nurture a kitchen team

A deep understanding of sustainability and ethical sourcing

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Creativity and flair, with a love for modern British cuisine
