Role DescriptionOperate extrusion machinery safely and in line with production specifications.Install, align, and adjust dies, moulds, screws, and related tooling.Perform machine changeovers for different materials or product types.Monitor product quality and machine performance, making adjustments as needed.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or material issues during production.Maintain accurate production records and carry out routine cleaning and maintenance.Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality, and maintenance teams, support safety standards, and assist in training new operators.Skills and QualificationsOver 3 years experience with ExtrusionMechanically minded and good understanding of manufacturingAbility to read technical drawingsMeasurement skillsCompany InformationAs a business our client is a true market leader within their industry with a strong presence across the UK.
