About the Role
First Steps Together is seeking a passionate and resilient English Teacher to join our specialist provision in Dukinfield. You will work with small groups of learners, many of whom have SEMH and additional needs, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons

• Support students with SEMH/SEN needs

• Manage behaviour effectively using positive strategies

• Track and report on student progress

Requirements

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• Experience in SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision (desirable)

• Strong behaviour management skills
