The role involves maintaining mechanical and electrical plant, responding to reactive tasks, supporting project works, and ensuring safe, compliant operations across all allocated buildings.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanned and Reactive MaintenanceCarry out scheduled PPM on all mechanical and electrical equipment in line with site task schedules and asset lists.Complete reactive maintenance tasks across all sites, including concessionary stores and fabric-related issues.Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively escalate risks or defects.Technical and Operational SupportDiagnose and rectify plant faults swiftly to minimise downtime.Ensure adequate spares are available and provide accurate parts lists and timescales for remedial work.Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all reactive and breakdown tasks.Use the site BMS to monitor and oversee environmental and building conditions.Health, Safety and ComplianceOperate the Permit to Work (PTW) syste
