Prepare accurate quotations, work orders, purchase orders and all relevant project documentation. Coordinate equipment, crew, venues and external suppliers, ensuring all resources are in place for successful event delivery. Manage the technical production of live, virtual and hybrid events, including set-up, operation and on-site technical support. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams, providing a responsive and professional service throughout. Monitor project costs, budgets and margins, ensuring events are delivered efficiently and profitably.
