Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage customer documentation and support technical and regulatory queries within a food-related environment. This role involves coordinating across teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests, while contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Track and manage customer documentation from receipt to completion, including digital portal submissions.Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage priorities and expectations.Ensure timely completion of customer documentation by coordinating with relevant departments to gather required information.Respond to brief customer queries related to compliance, product safety, and sustainability.Support initiatives aimed at improving departmental efficiency and effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Solid understanding of quality and compliance standards relevant to food production and distribution.Experience in a technical, quality assurance, or product development role is preferred.Strong proficiency in general office software, especially spreadsheet tools.Familiarity with digital specification platforms is advantageous.Knowledge of food components and their applications.Awareness of food labelling and regulatory requirements is essential.Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Confidence in handling numerical data and basic scientific concepts.
