This is a Senior Accounts Manager position offering real responsibility, autonomy and influence. As the Senior Accounts Manager you will head up a substantial client portfolio while working closely with partners to support client strategy, team development and the continued growth of the firm.The Senior Accounts Manager will take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients, predominantly owner managed businesses, SMEs and corporate clients across a range of sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing high quality accounting, tax and advisory services, while also supporting and mentoring the wider team.Key responsibilities will include:Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering accounting, tax and advisory servicesReviewing and finalising statutory accounts, management accounts and tax computationsOverseeing corporation tax, personal tax and VAT complianceLeading client meetings and acting as a key point of contact for ongoing advice and supportIdentifying opportunities to provide additional services and add value to client relationshipsManaging workflow across the team, ensuring deadlines and budgets are metReviewing work prepared by managers and senior staff prior to partner sign offCoaching, mentoring and supporting the development of the accounts teamWorking closely with partners on busines
