Systems Engineer (Optronics)

Location: Sandwich (Hybrid 2 days from home)

The Opportunity

• Lead the design and integration of optical subsystems.
• Develop architectures & refine requirements.
• Work directly with multi-disciplinary teams
• System integration activities on next-generation product development.
• Support proposals, design and customer engagements.
• Grow with the business as their engineering function continues to expand.

What You Need

• Experience in designing optical, electro-optical or laser systems.
• Requirements capture, V&V, lifecycle engineering and systems design.
• Experience with FMEA/FTA, safety, reliability or risk management.
• Eligible for SC clearance + full UK driving licence.
