Drive commercial performance, profitability and achievement of business targets. Oversee the retail sales strategy for commercial vehicles, maximising returns and market opportunities. Manage vehicle asset lifecycles to optimise residual values and control costs. Develop and communicate the strategic vision for the business unit. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure vehicle availability meets market demand. Manage budgets, forecasts and key performance indicators.
