Manage project budgets, cost control, cash flow, forecasting and CVRs. Oversee subcontractor procurement, tendering, negotiations, valuations and final accounts. Identify and manage commercial risks, variations and contractual obligations. Protect project profitability and ensure commercial targets and margins are achieved.
