We are recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our clients successful main dealer in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician to develop their career within a modern, fully equipped workshop.

Duties:

• The Vehicle Technician will carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs across a range of vehicles.
• Diagnose faults and complete electrical and mechanical repairs to a high standard.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Road test vehicles and complete final safety and quality checks before handover.
• Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken.
• Participate in ongoing EV, hybrid, diagnostic and MOT training.
• Experience with vans and electric vehicles will be advantageous.

Requirements:

• Individuals for this Vehicle Technician position must hold a Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification, or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience within a franchise dealership or independent workshop.
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills.
• EV and/or van experience is preferred, although training will be provided.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A professional approach, strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
