Family Solicitor / Legal ExecutiveLocation: BradfordWorking Pattern: Full-time, Monday to FridaySalary: Competitive, depending on experienceHybrid Working AvailableThe OpportunityWe are working with a specialist and well-established law firm looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for a family lawyer with at least 2 years'' experience who is confident managing their own caseload and wants to work within a supportive environment with genuine opportunities for progression and business development.The RoleYou will handle a varied caseload covering both private and publicly funded family work, including:Private children matters.Domestic abuse cases, including Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.Divorce and financial remedy proceedings.Cohabitation and disputes between unmarried couples.General family and childcare matters.Legal aid work and privately funded cases.The successful candidate will be expected to manage matters with a good level of autonomy while working collaboratively with the wider team.About YouWe are looking for someone who:Has a minimum of 2 years'' relevant family law experience.Has experience handling their own caseload.Understands the requirements of legal aid work.Is confident dealing with clients and complex family matters.Can work independently while contributing to a supportive team.Is commercially aware and comfortable working towards billing targets.Is keen to ..... full job details .....
